This was under appendix uf the event result was really as a result of a second penalty decision. I was an IU but the others were IJ or NJ to make an international jury. Umpires would have been preferred. Deciding penalty I saw from the other end of the line and radioed that a second penalty was required but the judges had done it. Great to have finality. Had done another UF event in the days before and was surprised at how different the rules were. RRS 17 rrs 31 penalty points for damage. Great event the judges contributed to. - GBRMB13
