7 One class design boats Beneteau 40 were provided by the organizers. 3 offshore races and 3 inshore races took place in the waters of 3 countries: China, Russia, South Korea. The entire regatta lasted 4 weeks. The various weather conditions made the regatta challenging for the sailors, organizers and the race committee. The organizers paid great attention to the safety of the sailors, providing the safety equipment and ensuring safety on the course.
Some of the jury moved to the destination places (the stopover venue), while others took part in the discussion remotely. The jury worked closely with the organizers and the race committee, advising on the fairness of the competition.
