The racing area was a long way from the yacht club and so the jury extended the protest time limit for late submissions. Racing conditions was good and although there were some issues with the jury vessels, there was a Navy attendant on board each vessel to fix all issues immediately. During the regatta a RUS judge was issued by WS an AIN neutral country status, however the jury was still a properly constituted International Jury. The event was run in parallel on line at https://www.racingrulesofsailing.org/documents/12710/event concurrently with a paper notice board as the internet was unstable. - MASLC2
