The racing for this IRC fleet was professionally conducted by a very strong race committee, and all six scheduled races were completed. The level of rules compliance amongst the 400+ competitors was generally good. The jury had cause to act under RRS 60.4(c)(1) in one instance, and a potential Rule 2 breach in another incident was dealt with by issuing a warning to the competitor in a formal meeting with the jury. - RSADH7
