Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
This is the 4th and final keelboat Regatta of the BPI Signature Yacht Series comprising 4 regattas at 4 different venues in the Philippines viz Corregidor, Busuanga, Boracay and Subic. The jury was not required to be on water and so the jury had daily judge university sessions especially for the 2 NJs from TPE and NZL. The event was well run, accommodation was excellent and race officials and competitors were treated to daily awards parties. The event was administered with the use of racingrulesofsailing.org app and all documents can be found at https://www.racingrulesofsailing.org/documents/11050/event - MASLC2
