Big work for the Jury before the start with 68 Q&A published !
Very good relationship with other officials (Race committee and Technical committee) and the race management (5 persons). One hearing for a port/starboard situation 4 days after the start under COLREG !! and the other hearings were some technical issues. No emergency situation. The use of the in-race hearing procedure via email exchanges worked very well and penalties were made during the race except a standard penalty following a check at the finish (broken seals). - FRARG10
