The event was well run by Sailing Federation of Hong Kong (HKSF) and Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club (RHKYC). The on-the-water teams (4 sailing areas) performed their job very well. The OA and volunteers have done an excellent job with 283 boats. The jury RIBs are good. Unfortunately, there was no wind on the last days so we ended up only 3 racing days. - THARS2
