The NOR and SI were well written.The jury was given 2 jet skis and 2 slow soft-bottom RIBs for on-the-water job. Jet ski did not work since it can not go fast on rough sea and the fuel tank is too small, only 50 minutes run so jury did not use jet ski. Also soft-bottom RIBs were too slow to follow boats. The other facilities were perfect. - THARS2
