A very well run event.
2 days of 5-7 knots of winds, separated by 1 day of 18+ knots of wind and a large swell tested the sailors across conditions. The wide range of competitor skill levels saw fleets spread out around the course as the races progressed.
Two small jury vessels had difficulty making adequate speed to windward on the higher wind and swell day. So the jury adopted a split course approach using the single large jury vessel to cover the top of the course and the two smaller vessels covering the lower half, each covering one of the inner and outer courses. - RSAIG1
