As per the invitation from the OA, the 2 members of the International Jury were participating remotely, while 3 members were on site. The Jury chairperson and another member were present the day before, on the day of the arrival and 1 day after the arrival of the boats. All jury members, whether on site or remotely, actively participated in the discussions regarding SIs interpretations and applications, and have followed the event throughout. PRO did not speak English, so the communication between the RC and the competitors has often been mediated by the members of the OA, which seemed to gave the competitors the impression that the RC did not "do their job". To the best of the knowledge of the International Jury, the RC complied with the rules. The venue and hospitality were satisfactory." - SRBMS1
