As always this was a terrific learning event in a fabulous location. Eleven races were sailed in the Red/White/Blue fleet and 22 were sailed in the green fleet. Because of a conflict with the Opti Worlds in Spain the attendance was somewhat smaller this year. Part 2 rule hearings were open. The jury received a report from a parent of an inappropriate action by one of the competitors. The jury investigated the alleged incident and opened a Rule 69 hearing. The decision of the jury was that the competitor used inappropriate language and was scored DNE in the competitors best race. - USADM10
