There were 56 one point standard penalties applied because sailors did not comply with check in/out instructions. No safety boats were noticed staying out looking for the non-checked in competitors.
The scoring system did not allow sailors to see the make up of their score, where standard, discretionary or post race penalties were applied, until the last day.
The ROMS race management system was used with a number of problems being encountered by the Jury - RSAAK2
