This event was held at a lake but in spite of being inland, there was sufficient good winds for good racing on most days helped largely by good race management. The hosts, Eternal Fantasy Sailing Club, ILCA Asia and Chinese Yachting Association (CYA) did a splendid job with logistics, administration and social events. Accommodation for the race officials was a short walking distance from the club. A tracking system was used for all boats at the event and linked to smartphone cameras issued to the jury. Track/time logged videos of incidence eg near a mark taken by the jury can be reviewed through an app. The 3 jury vessels were good Tornados. The opening and closing ceremonies were spectacular. - MASLC2
